The next three lectures, on December 4, 6, and 10, will all be special and more technical. The title of the first of these will be the "Forwarding and Binding of the Book Beautiful." The second will be on the "Tooling and Decoration of the Book Beautiful," including pattern making. The third of these technical lectures, the last of the whole course, will be on the printing of the book. It will include the invention of the alphabet and of printing, and also the manufacture and use of the paper, vellum, and other materials. These lectures will be open to the public.
