Seniors Lost to Sophomores

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In the first of the interclass hockey series the Sophomores defeated the Seniors by a score of 2 to 1 yesterday afternoon in the Stadium. The ice was in such poor condition that good team work and fast playing were impossible. During the first half the play was even and spirited, the Seniors scoring once in the middle of the period. In the second half the puck was in the Seniors' territory most of the time and by clever passing the Sophomores were able to score two goals.

The summary follows: 1909.  1907. Field, l.e.  r.e., Lanahan Dougherty, l.c.  r.c., Edgell Crosby, r.c.  l.c., Nichols Niles, r.e.  l.e., Claflin Ford, c.p.  c.p., Rivinius Chalifoux, p.  p., Starr Washburn, g.  g., Tucker
