The University hockey team will play the Springfield Training School team on the Stadium rink this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Last year the Training School team lost to the University, 9 to 0, and although they have a stronger team this year, an easy game is expected this afternoon.

The line-up: HARVARD.  TRAINING SCHOOL. Pell, l.e.  r.e., Hill Townsend, l.e.  r.c., Ricketts Caliaway, r.e.  l.c., Dawson Wilder, r.e.  l.e., Gray Newhall, c.p.  c.p., Martin Grant, p.  p., Metzdorf Manning, g.  g., Seller

In a fast practice game yesterday afternoon the University team defeated the second team by a score of 8 to 3. Dr. F. J. Goodridge '98, R. S. Hardy '01 and A. Winsor '02 played on the second team. The work of the first team was in decided contrast to the poor work of Monday afternoon, the men playing a fast and aggressive game. On the offense the forwards showed great improvement in team play and frequently carried the puck the length of the ice and through the second team's defense. For the first time in practice this season, the men followed back quickly after losing the duck.
