Government 4, Elements of International Law, which was announced in the Catalogue as a full course, was not given last half-year, but will be given in the second half-year as a half course, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 12. It is a starred course designed for graduates and such undergraduates as have passed satisfactorily in a course in Modern History. Professor G. G. Wilson, professor of Social and Political Science at Brown University, and author of several books, will conduct the course.
