A meeting of the executive committee of the Intercollegiate Association of Amateur Athletes of America will be held this evening at 8 o'clock at the Fifth avenue hotel, New York, to decide upon what recommendations to make to the annual convention of the Association in February with regard to the following questions:

1. Whether the executive committee shall be given power to exclude by unanimous vote and without giving specific reasons, any competitors whom it believes to be ineligible to compete, either under the letter or the spirit of the rules.

2. A place for the 1907 meet.

3. Whether the time of the meet shall be changed from the last Friday and Saturday in May to the first Friday and Saturday in June.

4. Whether all first year students shall be excluded from participating in the intercollegiate meet.

These questions were formulated at a meeting of the executive committee on November 16.

J. J. Rowe '07, manager of the University track team, will represent Harvard.
