Pop-Night in Union a Success

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The second pop-night of the year was held in the Living Room of the Union last evening, and although the attendance was not large it was a distinct success. Light refreshments were served throughout the evening and the Pierian Sodality Orchestra rendered a variety of pieces, including a march by Mendelssohn, Waldteufel's "Les Patineurs," Suppe's "Pique d'Ame," and selections from "It Happened in Nordland."

It is planned to hold two more pop-nights during the spring.
