In the championship shoot of the Rifle and Pistol Club during the last week, J. W. Pattison 1L, broke the club rifle record, scoring 80 out of a possible 100 points at a distance of 50 yards. H. Williams '08, made the highest score in the championship revolver shoot, scoring 81 out of a possible 100 points.
The rifle and revolver shoots will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings respectively at 7.30 o'clock in the Baseball Cage, until May 1. Cups will be given in both the rifle and revolver contests to the men holding the ten highest total scores. Scores made in these shoots may count toward the re-entry shoots for which cups will be given on May 1 to the men holding each of the ten best rifle and revolver scores made during the past year.
A rapid fire shoot with double action revolvers will be held in April, at a distance of 15 yards, with a time limit of 10 seconds for five shots.
