Today is the last day for sending in essays for the William H. Baldwin prize on municipal government. Essays should be mailed to the Chairman of the Committee of Judges, care of C. R. Woodruff, Secretary of the National Municipal League, North American Building, Philadelphia; and should be marked, "For the Baldwin Prize." Competitors must mark on each essay a nom-de-plume, and enclose in a sealed envelope the full name, address, class and college corresponding to the nom-de-plume.
