1907 UNION DANCE TONIGHT

The 1907 Union dance will be held in the Union this evening at 8.30 o'clock. Dancing will begin promptly at 8.45.

Following are the arrangements: At 7.30 o'clock the Union will be closed to all except those presenting tickets for the dance. Guests will use the ladies' entrance; all other entrances will be locked. The cloak room for ladies will be the Ladies' Parlor and the Trophy Room: and that for gentlemen, the Assembly Room. The Billiard and Smoking room in the basement will be open throughout the evening. A special car will leave for Boston at 3 A. M. from Beck Hall.

There will be twenty dances, and a buffet supper will be served from the Dining Room and the Training Table Room at the thirteenth dance, at about 12 o'clock. Cutting in will be allowed only during the encores.

Gott's orchestra will furnish the music. Decorations for the boxes in the Periodical and Game Rooms will be furnished by Brock Bros., and rugs will be loaned through the kindness of Mr. J. L. Paine '81.

Tickets for the dance may be obtained by 1907 members of the Union and by other members who received invitations, before 6 o'clock at the office of the Union.

Boxes will be separated by palms and will be ready for decoration at 3 o'clock Each box will contain a table and a rug provided by the Committee. The members of each box are urged to concur and arrange for the furnishing of their box, and they are expected to bring divans, sofa pillows, Morris chairs, cut flowers, etc. Two hundred dining chairs and 10 settees, seating eight persons each, can be obtained at the Union. All boxes must be completely furnished by 5.30.

In order that men may easily find their parties, couples have been assigned to boxes which will be located as follows:

B, C and D in the Game Room; A, E, F, G, H and M in the Periodical Room; I, K and L in the Writing Room; N and O in the Lobby; and P, R, S, T, W and X in the Dining Room. Alphabetical lists giving the location of all occupants of boxes will be distributed in the dressing rooms, and will be placed in each box.
