Basketball Work Last Night

No more practice for the University basketball squad will be held until after the Christmas recess, when it will be resumed on Thursday evening, January 3, at 7.15 o'clock.

Last night the practice consisted of preliminary work in signal plays and passing, followed by a short line-up between two picked teams, in which the first team won by a score of 37 to 10. The forwards played better than on the previous evening, but were still weak in throwing baskets.
