Reception to Oriental Students

A reception to the Chinese and Japanese students in the University will be given by the Phillips Brooks House Association in the parlor of Brooks House this evening at 8 o'clock. President Eliot, other officers of the University, and specially invited undergraduates will be present. Among the guests will be Mr. E. B. Drew '63, who has lately been a commissioner of customs in China. J. D. White '07 will preside, and a few informal speeches will be made. Later light refreshments will be served.
