Professor B. Wendell '77 will speak on "The Republic and Democracy' in the last of his course of eight Lowell Institute lectures on "Contemporary France," in Huntington Hall, Boston, this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. The lecture is a repetition of that given last Monday evening.
