The second annual scratch track meet for Freshmen will be held in the Stadium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Ninety six entries have been made, an increase of 22 over last year. No men who have not passed the strength test will be allowed to compete. Contestants should be dressed to run at least 15 minutes before the times scheduled for their events, as the meet will be run off as quickly as possible. Cups will be awarded to the winners of first and second places, except in those events where three or less entries have been made, when but one prize will be given.
No admission will be charged.
