The University second nine will play the Williams second team this afternoon at Williamstown.
The poor showing made by the second nine in the game with the Freshmen on Monday makes it probable that the team will have difficulty in defeating Williams, which has won from the Amberst second team 8 to 7, and from Cushing Academy 7 to 5.
The men left yesterday noon for North Adams, staying last night at the Hotel Richmond, where they will also remain tonight. Tomorrow afternoon they will play the strong Williston Seminary team at Easthampton in their last game of the year, returning to Cambridge late tomorrow night.
