The first Boston performance of "Machiavelli," this year's Hasty Pudding Club play, will be presented tonight at 8 o'clock in Jordan Hall. Performances will also be given tomorrow night, Friday and Saturday, in Jordan Hall. Seats for all performances are on sale at Herrick's and Thurston's.

At the first public performance at the clubhouse on Monday the play was received enthusiastically and the principal songs encored many times. "In Gascony" and "Soldiers of Fortune" were especially popular.
