NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

It was announced at the meeting of the Yale Corporation on Monday that a gift of $10,000 had been received from a Harvard graduate, whose name is withheld, for the purpose of increasing the good feeling between Yale and Harvard. The gift, which it was provided might be disposed of at the discretion of the Yale Corporation, will be used as a fund for the purpose of establishing a series of lectures to be delivered by Harvard men. President Eliot has accepted the invitation to be the first speaker, and he will deliver a lecture next November, the subject and final date to be announced later.
