Report of Meeting of Overseers.

At a meeting of the Board of Overseers yesterday morning Hon. J. D. Long '57 presided. It was voted to concur with the Corporation in the following appointments: Dr. J. A. Walz, as assistant professor of German language and literature for five years from September 1, 1905; Dr. E. K. Rand '94, as assistant professor of Latin for five years from September 1, 1905. The report of the committee to visit the Medical and Dental Schools was presented. Andrew Carnegie was appointed a member of the committee to visit the chemical laboratory, in place of W. H. Baldwin, Jr., '85, deceased.
