NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The fourth and last preliminary trials of the Freshman Debating club, to select the team which will debate against Exeter on April 15, will be held this evening at 7.15 o'clock in the Training Table Room of the Union. The question will be, "Resolved, That it would be advantageous to admit coal and lumber from Canada into the United States, free of duty." The question submitted by Exeter for the Freshman debate is: "Resolved, That trusts should be regulated by federal legislation."

At the trials tonight men will be marked on a scale of five, as in former trials, but everyone will be given a chance to speak, regardless of present standing. The twelve men with the highest total scores in all the four trials will be retained, and, in addition, it is proposed to retain several of the best speakers this evening.
