Emperor William of Germany has presented to the University that part of the Germanic exhibit at the St. Louis Exposition which represents the social ethics of Germany. The collection, containing models, charts, maps, and books, will be officially presented next Tuesday evening by Dr. Theodore Lewald, the German Imperial commissioner at St. Louis. The formal exercises will take place in the Germanic Museum, where Dr. H. P. Walcott '58, representing the President, will preside. Professor Hugo Munsterberg on behalf of the University will accept the gift, which will probably be placed in Emerson Hall.
