The Boston Symphony Orchestra will give the third of a series of six concerts in Sanders Theatre on Thursday evening, December 28, at 7.45 o'clock. Mr. George C. Proctor will be the soloist. The program will be as follows: Schumann; Symphony in B flat major No. 1; Grieg, Concerto for Pianoforte in A minor; Paine, Prelude to "The Birds" of Aristophanes; Liszt, Symphonic Poem No.2, "Tasso."
The remaining concerts of the series will be given on February 1, March 3 and April 19.
