At Fall River yesterday afternoon the University golf team defeated the Fall River Golf Club by a score of 14 1/2 to 4 1/2. Harrison, Wilder and Gilbert showed good from, making their rounds in 77, 77, and 78, respectively. Following are the results on the basis of one point for the match and one-half point for each hole won: HARVARD.    FULL RIVER.
