Second Nine vs. Andover.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Second nine will play Andover at Andover this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Last year Andover was defeated by a rather large score, but a close game is expected today, as the batting of the Second nine is far weaker than that of the team at this time last year, and the recent work of the nine in other departments has also been erratic.

The Andover team, however, is also weak in batting, and seems to be in other respects somewhat inferior to last year's team. Of the seven games played this spring, Andover has lost six, most of them, however, to strong college teams.

The batting orders: SECOND NINE.  ANDOVER. Carpenter, l.f.  c., R. C. Brown Marshall, 2b.  1b., Clough Greenough, r.f.  3b., Huiskamp Fischel, 1b.  2b., Hodge Murphy, s.s.  s.s., Cox Lovering, Blatterman, c.f.  r.f., Allworth Parker, c.  c.f., R. W. Brown Bolton, 3b.  p., Baker Hammond, p.  l.f., Schildmiller
