All the class football teams held light practice yesterday, but few men have as yet come out. Only fourteen men reported as candidates for the Senior team. The squad had signal work, followed by practice in running down on kicks. No regular coach has yet been appointed. The Junior squad of fourteen men was given a hard practice. After falling on the ball and tackling the dummy the team had signal practice and a short scrimmage. D. A. Newhall '06 acted as coach. A training table for the squad has been started. Very few men were out for the Sophomore team and the work consisted merely of signal practice. No captain has as yet been elected and the team has no regular coach.
The first game of the interclass series will be played next Friday between the Seniors and the Juniors.
