The annual meeting of the members of the Harvard Co-operative Society was held yesterday afternoon in Lower Massachusetts. The business report of the past year was discussed and improvements on the present system of business were suggested. Attendance at the meeting was very small.
A meeting of the stockholders will be held next Friday, at which officers for the coming year will be elected. As no nominations other than those proposed by the stockholders have been made, the election of the present candidates is assured. Following are the nominations: stockholder to serve five years, J. D. Greene '96; president, C. H. Ayres, Jr.; treasurer, W. M. McInnes '85; secretary, J. H. Gardiner '85; directors; from the University at large, A. A. Ballantine 1L.; from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, C. L. Bolton '96; from the Graduate School, H. L. Blackwell 5G; from the Law School, G. Clark 2L.; from the Medical School, Dr. W. B. Cannon '96; from the Senior class, R. H. Oveson; from the Junior class, C. D. Morgan; from the Sophomore class, J. Reynolds, Jr.
