Walter Clarkson '03 (captain), of Cambridge, pitcher and center fielder, played on the Cambridge High and Latin. School nine for five years, during three of which he was captain. In his Freshman year he was captain of his class nine, which defeated the Yale freshmen twice. He has pitched for two years previous to this one on the University nine. Alfred Stillman '03, of Brooklyn, pitcher and center fielder, entered College from Hopkinson's School, where he pitched on the school nine for four years, captaining the nine for one year. He played full-back on his Freshman class eleven, substitute full-back on the University eleven in 1900, and has played on the University nine for four years. He is 22 years old, weighs 175 pounds, and is 6 feet in height.
Robert Peebles Kernan '03, of New York City, catcher, prepared at the Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute, where he played for three years on his school nine. In his Freshman year he pitched on the University nine and was substitute half-back on his class eleven. In his Sophomore year he was substitute catcher on the University nine and substitute half-back on the University eleven. He played half-back on the University eleven in his Junior year and was captain and half-back of the University team last fall. He is 21 years old, weighs 178 pounds, and is 6 feet in height.
Clarence Walter Randall '05, of St. Louis, Missouri, first baseman, entered College from the St. Louis High School, where he played on the school nine for three years. He played substitute half-back on his Freshman class eleven and first base on the University baseball team last year. He is 21 years old, weighs 172 pounds, and is 6 feet 1 inch in height.
Edward Erwin Coolidge 1L., of Natick, second baseman, prepared at the Natick High School, where he played second base and shortstop on the school team for two years. He was a substitute on his Freshman nine and played shortstop on the University nine for three years. He is 24 years old, weighs 140 pounds, and is 5 feet 8 inches in height.
Proctor Carr '04, of Andover, third baseman, prepared at the Cambridge Latin School, and has played on the University team for two years. He played for three years on his school nine, captaining it during his last year. Last year he played cover point on the University hockey team and this year played point. He is 21 years old, weighs 152 pounds, and is 5 feet 1 inch in height.
William Clarence Matthews '05, of Montgomery, Alabama, shortstop, prepared at Andover, where he played on the baseball nine for four years, captaining it for one year. He has played substitute end on the University football team for the last two years and last year was substitute out fielder on the baseball nine. He is 26 years old, weighs 152 pounds, and is 5 feet 8 inches in height.
Hubert Dolbeare Kernan '05, of New York City, left fielder, prepared at the Polytechnic Preparatory School in Brooklyn, where he played second base on the school nine for three years and also half-back on the football team for two years. He was on his Freshman hockey team last year and was substitute on the University team this year. He is 19 years old, weighs 144 pounds, and is 5 feet 8 inches in height.
Barton Kingman Stephenson '06, of Newton, right fielder, prepared at the Newton High School, where he played first base on his school nine and also left half-back on the football team for two years. He is 20 years old, weighs 160 pounds, and is 6 feet in height.
