Germanic Museum Exhibit at St. Louis

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Germanic Museum, at the suggestion of the German government, has consented to transfer as a loan to the St. Louis Exposition, the collection of copies of the best work of Nuremberg and Augsberg goldsmiths, which has just been received from a committee of German artists and scientists interested in the Museum. This collection will form at the Exposition the centre-piece of the exhibit of German arts and crafts.

It is also announced that the German Emperor has conferred upon Professor Francke, curator of the Germanic Museum, the Imperial Order of the Red Eagle, an honor bestowed, at the time of Prince Henry's visit, upon several distinguished men in the United States, including Professor Munsterberg.
