TRACK TEAM MASS MEETING.

The annual mass meeting for all men in the University interested in any kind of track athletics was held last evening in Upper Massachusetts. Captain E. T. Rust '04, in a short speech, urged all the men present to realize that the task for this year is to bring out a winning team in the dual meet on May 22, and said that this could be accomplished only through the united efforts of all men interested to induce a much larger squad to come out immediately for regular training. Mr. Graham made another call for more material and outlined the plans for more material and outlined the plans for all the spring meets. In closing he announced an invitation from Mr. G. B. Morison '83, to all men in the University interested in track sports to attend a stereopticon lecture on "Athletics," to be given by Mr. E. H. Clark '96, in the gymnasium of the Boston Athletic Association, on Wednesday evening, February 3.

The following members of former University track teams were present and spoke briefly: Mr. E. J. Wendell '82, Mr. W. F. Garcelon L.'95, Mr. J. W. Hallowell '01, and Mr. E. H. Clark '96. Professor White, chairman of the Athletic Committee, presided at the meeting.
