Sixteen men took part in the Freshman hockey practice on Spy Pond yesterday afternoon. After preliminary practice in shooting and passing, a first and a second team were chosen, and a practice game was played, the first team defeating the second by a score of 7 goals to 4. Although the play was fairly hard, the men found difficulty in keeping up with the puck. The shooting was fair, but the passing was very poor.
