At the meeting of the Corporation yesterday the following resignations were received and accepted.

C. W. Mixter, instructor in Economics; C. F. Shaughnessy, instructor in Mathematics and Surveying in the Bussey Institution; C. H. Ashton, instructor in Mathematics; F. Wilkey, steward of the Randall Hall Association.

The following appointments were made for one year: A. B. Seymour, assistant in Cryptogamic Herbarium; W. H. Reed, instructor in German.

The election of W. R. Thayer '81 and J. J. Storrow '85 as trustees of the Harvard Union was confirmed.
