The annual meeting of the Randall Hall Association was held in the dining room of the hall yesterday evening. The president of the association in giving his report explained some of the causes of the increased expense of carrying on the hall, which the larger membership was not sufficient to meet at the old charges.
According to the auditor's report the total expenses of the association to May 1 have been $58,578.72. The total have receipts to 859,054.00, leaving a present balance of 8475.28 which further receipts will raise to 8750 before the end of the year.
The proposed changes in the constitution were then considered and passed. The salary of the auditor was raised from 8100 to 8150, and that of the secretary and treasurer from 850 to 875, in both cases owing to increase of duties involved in other amendments.
