Owing to a misunderstanding in regard to the limitations and privileges of the students in obtaining tickets for the Shakespere plays on the afternoons and evening of June 1 and 2, the following announcement is made: A student of the University wishing only one seat for any of the four performances will, if possible, be given preference over the general public, if (1) he will apply on or before May 20 with check and enclosed addressed and stamped envelope to J. H. Gardiner, Grays 18, and if (2) he will state in order his preference in the performances. Students who wish two or more tickets must apply at the general sale beginning at 9 a. m., Saturday, May 23. In Cambridge the sale will be at Sever's book store; in Boston at Herrick's, Copley square.
