The final trial to select the team to debate against Yale on March 23, which was held in the Fogg Lecture Room yesterday evening, resulted in the choice of I. Grossman 2L., F. B. Wagner 1L. and R. L. Lyman '03, to constitute the team. The Coolidge prize of $100 was awarded to Grossman. M. Hale '03, S. Blaikie '03 and E. M. Rabenold '04, were retained as a second team from which the alternate will be selected by the coach.
The trial was characterized by spirited speaking and effective rebuttal. The judges were Professor T. N. Carver, Professor G. P. Baker, I. L. Winter '86, F. W. Dallinger '93 and B. Wyman '96. The Yale team will announce today which side of the question they have chosen.
