By the will of Henry Stedman Nourse '53, filed Saturday, a fund of at least $50,000 is set aside for the benefit of the University. The will provides that the fund shall bear the name of the testator and that at the option of the President and Fellows it may constitute a permanent fund devoted to the needs of some of the departments or may be expended in the erection of buildings.
