Changes in Executive Offices.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A rather important change in the division of work among the executive officers of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences went into effect on July 1 with the new appointments of officers. The office of Corresponding Secretary, formerly held by Mr. Cobb, and the office of Recording Secretary, formerly held by Dean Hurlbut were joined into one office, with the title of Secretary of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, which is now held by Mr. J. G. Hart. Mr. Hart has also been appointed Chairman of the Committee on Special Students, an office which the Corresponding Secretary formerly filled, and Mr. Cobb has taken the work of Chairman of the Committee on Appointments, which was formerly executed by the Recording Secretary.
