NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The cricket team was badly defeated by Haverford on Saturday by the score of 354, not out, to 74. The defeat was due to the much superior batting and bowling of the Haverford team, which showed far more experience and steadiness. Bevan and Wood of Haverford were especially effective in bowling, and Wood, who made a century, and C. C. Morris were the strongest in batting. For Harvard, A. Tyng did the best bowling and Pasea scored the most runs. Only three men were able to make double figures. The fielding on both sides was excellent.
