Mr. W. H. Baldwin, Jr., '85, will talk at the Union this evening at 7.15 o'clock on the recent campaign of Mayor Low in New York City.
Mr. Baldwin is president of the Long Island railroad and has been actively connected with railroad interests in this country for several years.
