Members of club tables on which there are vacant places are requested to complete the lists now in the Auditor's office before Thursday night, Oct, 4, by adding to those lists the necessary number of names. Seats not then filled by the club will be filled by the Auditor at his discretion, and when so filled by him will cease to be subject to the control of the club.

Members wishing to form new club tables must hand in their lists at the Auditor's office before Thursday night, Oct. 4. After that time no new club tables will be formed.

Members not on club tables who wish to sit together, or to be placed at some special table, must hand in at the Auditor's office a written request therefor before Thursday night, Oct. 4. This applies to all such members whether seated together now or not.
