The alumni of the College will elect Overseers on Commencement Day as follows:
Five Overseers, to be elected for the term of six years, to supply the places of the Class which goes out of office at the close of Commencement Day.
One Overseer, to be chosen for the term of five years to fill a vacancy caused by the failure to elect at the last Commencement.
The polls will be kept open from the hour of TEN in the forenoon to the hour of FOUR in the afternoon.
