Second Nine Defeats Cambridge Latin.

The Second Nine defeated the Cambridge Latin School team on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon by the score of 11 to 1. The victory was due to the superior battery work of Dudley and Parker. Winsor started in to pitch, but gave way to Dudley at the end of the first inning on account of a lame arm. Dudley shut out the opposing team without a run for eight innings, allowing only two hits.
