The cricket team defeated the Brockton Cricket Club on Saturday by a score of 76 to 33. Brockton played well in the field despite the fact that this was their first game; but they were weak at the bat. Harvard did especially, encouraging work in the field, and the bowling of Hinchman, Mifflin and Chew was strong. The team met an effective bowler in Luckman of Brockton and the stands were short except in the cases of Fairweather, Justice and Mather, who got double figures.
