A meeting will be held this afternoon at the B. A. A. of representatives of the different college boat clubs, and other amateur organizations, interested in rowing, for the purpose of organizing a new amateur rowing association. As before stated, the object of this association is to bring together crews and scullers from the prominent college rowing clubs of the country, and from other rowing clubs maintaining a good amateur standing.
From Harvard, the Newell Boat Club is sending M. R. Brownell '02 as delegate, and the Weld Boat Club is sending D. D. Evans '01.
