A club "for the study of the liquor problem" has been organized with the following officers who will serve for the remainder of the year: President, W. E. Benscoter '02; secretary and treasurer, H. M. Borthwick '03. The club is not connected with any other organization and is not predisposed in favor of any particular method for the solution of the liquor problem; it is to be in the nature of a seminary to consider the subject impartially. Meetings will be held in Brooks House on the first and third Monday evenings of each month at 7 o'clock. At the next meeting on Monday, March 18, the special subject for consideration will be "The Present Condition of the Liquor Question in Kansas." Any men interested are invited to be present.
