First Baseball Practice.

All the squads began baseball practice in the Cage yesterday afternoon. The work was light and consisted in fielding grounders, throwing and running. No hard work will be done this week. E. M. Lewis of the Boston team was the only coach present. Thirty-two more candidates handed in their names; of these, seven were put on the battery squad, two on the University, ten on the general, and thirteen on the Freshman squad.
