The representation of the twelve largest preparatory schools for Harvard in the Freshman classes, of last year and this year is given below. The list does not include dropped freshmen or the men from the different schools, who entered the University in the Sophomore class. Of the twelve schools represented eight show a total gain of 70, and four a total loss of 22. Exeter shows the greatest single gain, and Noble and Greenoughs the greatest single loss.
