HARVARD QUARTERS, RED TOP, June 20.--After yesterday's hard row, the University crew was given light work today. This morning the eight practiced starts, paddled a couple of miles, and rowed a few short hard stretches. A short race between the Yale and Harvard Freshman crews resulted in a victory for Harvard.
