The annual oration and poem before the Tufts College Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa will be delivered in Goddard Chapel, Tufts College at half past three this afternoon. The orator is Rev. John Coleman Adams and the poet Professor Charles Henry Patterson. The exercises are open to the public, but members of the Harvard Chapter of Phi Betta Kappa are invited to join the procession and enter the Chapel with the Tufts members. Trains leave Boston for Tufts College at 2.29 and 3.05 p. m.
