The lacrosse team will play Cornell on Soldiers Field this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Cornell beat the Columbia team which defeated Harvard last Saturday, by the score of 6 to 1. Last year the game between Harvard and Cornell was won by the latter with the score 1 to 0.

During the past week the team has practiced hard under the coaching of C. M. Guggenheimer 1L., and many of the faults discovered in the Columbia game have been corrected. In today's game E. B. Alvord will take Howard's place at first attack. Harvard.  Cornell. Coyle (Goddard), g.  g., Briner. Wynne, p.  p., McDougall. Mortland, c.p.  c.p., Forrest. Carter, 1d.  1d., Gratton.
