The contract for building the shell for the Freshman crew has been awarded to Davy.

The Senior Wranglers last night elected the following officers for the second half-year: President, H. A. Yeomans; vice-president, P. A. Atherton; secretary and treasurer, J. Frank.

Owing to the unusual increase in membership this year, the Cameral Club plans to have a club studio. One hundred dollars for this purpose has already been raised by subscription.

M. Henri de Regnier, who is to lecture on French literature at Harvard under the auspices of the Cercle Francais, arrived in New York yesterday day on the steamer Normandie.

The Harvard Shooting Club will hold an informal match with several other gun clubs on the grounds of the Boston gun Club at Wellington this afternoon. The Harvard team will be composed of H. W. Sanford, '00, D. G. Kinney '02, W. F. Williams '01, G. M. Phelps '02, H. W. Dana '00, E. Mallinckrodt '00 captain.

The second installment of the Count Riant collection consisting of 14 cases, has been received at the Library. In it are from 3000 to 3500 volumes, mainly on theology and ecclesiastical history and a large section on the geography of the Holy Land and general geography. The books are all in good condition and several fine bindings have been found among them. A third installment is expected to arrive shortly.
