Checkers Tournament

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The thirty-five men entered in the fall checker tournament have been divided into seven sections. Each man is to play two games with every other man in his section and the two men making the best scores in each section will qualify for the semi-final round. The first round must be completed by Nov. 23, and the result of each game must be handed in by both contestants at Hollis 18. Prizes will probably be given for the two best scores. The Checkers Club has received a challenge from Brown University, and the ten men making the best showing in the tournament will probably constitute the team to represent Harvard in this and other matches.
