The Summer School will offer for the year 1900 three new courses, in addition to the 48 courses which were given last year. They are: Elocution, divided into (1) voice cultivation and gesture, (2) reading and reciting, (3) public speaking; Mineralogy; and a second course in Geography. Mr. I. L. Winter will have charge of the course in elocution, but the appointments for the other two courses have not yet been made.
